Muncie resident, David Bailey, will give a video presentation on the life, crimes, and capture of Gerald Chapman on the 100-year anniversary of Chapman’s capture in Muncie.
The presentation will be held at the Delaware County Historical Society at 120 E Washington in Muncie at 3 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025
Mr. Bailey is the author of a book on Chapman titled Doctors, Lawyers, Swindlers, Thieves: Gerald Chapman and the Tale of Two Gangs
