Sponsorships

Destination: Muncie supports events and initiatives that attract visitors to our community, especially those that encourage and result in hotel stays in our community. In 2026, our Sponsorships budget for the calendar year is $25,000. Our sponsorships committee meets quarterly in February, May, September, and November to consider requests that are a minimum of 60 days from being needed. Destination: Muncie can only support one request per year from an organization. Please take these items into consideration in your requests.

Sponsorship requests must be submitted at least 90 days in advance of any event or activation. Destination: Muncie reserves the right to request additional information or decline sponsorships that do not align with mission goals.
