Destination: Muncie supplies grants for programs for Delaware County organizations and businesses that focus on driving tourism, community engagement, and economic development.

Grant Request Questionnaire

Destination: Muncie supports events and initiatives that attract visitors to our community, especially those that encourage and result in hotel stays in our community. In 2026, our Grants budget of the calendar year is $50,000. Our grants committee meets quarterly in February, May, September, and November to consider requests that are a minimum of 60 days from being needed. Destination: Muncie can only support one request per year from an organization. Please take these items into consideration in your requests.

All requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the proposed event or initiative. Incomplete submissions may not be reviewed. Follow up reports for awarded grants are to be submitted within 60 days after event or project completion.
