Open Door Health Services is hosting the Kick Off to Summer Health & Family Fair on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. at Open Door Health Services, 333 S. Madison St., Muncie. The Kick Off to Summer event will help local families get ready for a happy and healthy summer. Open Door will provide free youth sports physicals and vaccinations. This event will also feature partner organizations offering summer activities and health resources to help set families up for success. Free food will be available to anyone, while supplies last.

Sports physicals are free of charge. Childhood vaccinations are NO COST for those covered by Medicaid/HIP/ Hoosier Healthwise and uninsured. Private insurance will be billed when applicable, and the insured may receive a bill. Parent/legal guardian must be present.
