David Owsley Museum of Art at Ball State University is home to an expansive collection of over 11,000 artworks, representing a wide range of medium, styles, and cultures. While on campus, get blown away at the Glick Center for Glass and see rising artists at the School of Art Griner Gallery. Explore art, nature, and history at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens, an enduring legacy of the Ball Brothers. Local and regional artists regularly exhibit work at Gordy Fine Art & Framing and Cornerstone Center for the Arts.

Check out the Muncie Three Trails Music Series, bringing national recording artists to Muncie’s outdoor venues each summer. Orchestra Indiana brings a contemporary twist to a classical symphony experience. Pubs and eateries in The Village near campus and in DWNTWN Muncie are always rockin’ the night away with local and regional acts.

Each month on First Thursday Muncie’s arts scene is on display downtown, featuring gallery openings, art demonstrations, and the Muncie Makers Market. In June and October, the city really comes alive during ArtsWalk, a supercharged First Thursday with something for everyone.
